2026 has a special meaning for Delance – this year marks our 30th anniversary. It has had me thinking about you, and about how precious the moments are when we get to be together, celebrating our sisterhood

One community comes to mind immediately. I’ve been part of WIN for many years, and this September the WIN High-Level Gathering will take place right here in Switzerland, at the Château de Bossey by Lake Geneva, from 16-18 September. It’s a gathering I’ve always found genuinely inspiring – three days of honest conversation, connection, and reflection with an international community of women shaping the future together.

I will be attending the event and will also be a speaker, and I believe you would genuinely enjoy it too – finding both inspiration and meaningful connection through the conversations and the community. It would be lovely to see you there.

During the event, Delance will be offering a Star of the Day watch as the prize for a charity raffle, with proceeds going to an organisation supporting women – a cause we care deeply about.
