The 17th designedge innovation FESTIVAL 2021 commences July 6th and runs through to September 30th with events, forums, workshops, webinars, and networking ‘ask an expert’ sundowners being staged in Belmont, Perth Western Australia, nationally and globally ONLINE.

Over 100 events will be held during the FESTIVAL bringing together cyber security experts, global business entrepreneurs, innovators, designers, creatives, industry associations and trade councils.

The 17th designedge Innovation FESTIVAL 2021 is supported by MY Business Incubator™ CYBER SECURITY Training & Mentoring Project, Belmont BEC, TCFWA, Fortix, Delance Swiss Watches, BPW WA, BPW Business Incubator, RES-Q, Emerge Internet, TCF Global, BEC Global, TCF Australia, Consulate General of India (Celebrating India@75), Apparel Export Promotion Council India, sponsors, supporters, and volunteers.

The FESTIVAL themes are cyber security, technology, sustainability, creativity, and small business improvement topics. Some of the events will coincide with the MY Business Incubator™ CYBER SECURITY Training & Mentoring Project which is increasing access to reliable cyber security advice to over 1,250 sole traders, micro, small and medium businesses across Australia. This project is funded by the Australian Government Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources through the Cyber Security Business Connect and Protect Program.

“Often small businesses and management do not often have access to cyber security expertise until they have a specific problem and often seek solutions to problems reactively; a position which is disruptive and expensive. The Cyber Security events that are forming part of the 17th designedge Innovation FESTIVAL will run between July and September in Perth, Margaret River and in QLD,” Ms Hanlon said.

Carol Hanlon, CEO of Belmont Business Enterprise Centre Inc., TCFWA Inc. and Founder of designedge Innovation Festival said, “We are thrilled that our FESTIVAL has attracted global speakers and are pleased to present such a broad range of topics”.
